We also perform loan draw inspections and Construction Loan Monitoring.

Jim has over twenty years’ experience in engineering, site acquisition, construction, project management, and business development in the wireless telecommunications and commercial development industries. He manages major programs for ARK 3CD.

Chris is the Lead Designer for ARK 3CD. He is a Creative Architect/Designer with experience in residential and commercial design and development. He has been involved with hundreds of residential and commercial projects, including new builds, renovations, and additions.

Scott Jackson is a licensed architect and practicing member of NCARB. He received is accredited five year architectural degree from Cal Poly Pomona, one year of which was spent studying in Florence Italy. Scott has over 30 years experience in retail architecture, designing and managing projects across the US.

Paul L. Mucci is a licensed Professional Engineer in over 25 states. He has participated at all levels of site design, construction and utility infrastructure.

Stephen J. Luise, Jr. Esq.- Director of Permit Services
Kevin has a degree in Electro -Mechanical Drafting and over 20 years of drafting experience in Structural and Telecommunications. Kevin has been a CAD Manager for over 7 years .

Stephen J. Luise Jr. Esq graduated from Penn State in 2002 and Touro Law in 2005. He is a member of the NYS Bar admitted, 2nd Dept. and lives in Amityville, NY. During his career he has worked on numerous Telecom projects for all Major Cellular Carriers and maintained his own legal practice. There he gained critical Project Management experience and was able to successful permitting and expediting for corporations including McDonald’s, Walgreens, Arby’s, Popeye’s, along with commercial, residential, and rental property permitting. His main practice area is Land Use and Stephen handles all aspects of zoning, permitting, and any hearings necessary to obtain required approvals for client work.

Steven is a graduate of NYIT and is a Registered Architect. His 18 years of experience includes residential, commercial and telecommunications architecture. Steven works on various complex projects for ARK 3CD.
